The process is quite simple, although it will take you a few minutes to make sure we get a full picture of where you've been and where you want to go. Please register on our website and submit your resume. We will promptly review your profile information and your resume and begin to focus on career opportunities for you. Our recruiting style is a personal one, and that means getting to know you better and to make certain the opportunities we present for you are designed to enhance your career path. Finding the right opportunity for you means us committing the time to understand your goals and focusing on presenting only the best opportunities to you. That means we may not contact you immediately so please do not get discouraged. We are continuously developing new opportunities and will be in contact when we have a suitable one to present to you. Keeping us current on your search objectives and your changing skills is important to enhance the number of opportunities that are right for you, especially since not all positions are posted to our website.

Opportunity knocks.
Take time to carefully review the positions listed on our website periodically. If you find an opportunity that interests you, follow the instructions in the job description to apply. Remember, the firms we recruit for are highly specialized and particular in their requirements and expectations. With this in mind, you should only apply for the positions for which you are fully qualified and meet all of the prerequisites. Most firms are unwilling to train new members of their team in core competencies unless they have expressed a direct willingness to do so in the job description. Our mission is to find firms and candidates who are compatible and can add to each other's depth of experience, and that means focusing your search on firms where you can be successful, not presenting you just to test the waters.

In addition to positions that you express an interest in, we may periodically contact you by phone or via email with a job description that we would like you to review. Once you have expressed an interest in the position, we will closely review your background and objectives with regard to the opportunity. At that point, if it appears that your goals and that of the firm are aligned, we will visit with you further about the opportunity and how it fits with your objectives, provide you with the name of the firm and their website, allowing you to confirm that you would like to have your resume submitted to our client. With your permission, we will then submit your resume to the client. Unlike many recruiting firms, we never release your resume without your permission. Our goal is to help you strategically advance your career. We trust you to treat this client information confidentially, just as you trust us with your resume.

Getting to yes.
After presenting you as a candidate to a client, we will pass on feedback as it becomes available, let you know if the client would like to meet with you, and assist with the logistics of the interview process. Throughout the search, we act as a liaison between you and the client firm. We will help you evaluate the opportunity and discern the important intangible elements of "fit" to make the right choice in this next phase of your career.
