D. Roy Serventi – Vice President

Professional Background:
With a broad background of experience as an entrepreneur, in investment banking and venture capital, I have often taken the path least traveled.

My entrepreneurial bent or "curse" depending on who you are talking to, has run the gamut from my early founding of an international Import/Export company, to various business and technology start ups. I didn't dodge the Dot.com bullet and have the stock certificate "wallpaper" to prove it.

I remain very active in U.S./Mexico business development and Latino and immigrant issues and also in the local Scottsdale, Arizona community.

I was particularly drawn to Pinnacle for its flexible and entrepreneurial environment and commitment of excellence to its clients.

Personal Background:
I am that "rare–breed" born and raised in Arizona. The small mining town of Ajo, Arizona is where I got my start, though I have since traveled quite extensively. My family, including my five (5) boys, has lived in Scottsdale since 1997.

Passions:
Taking an idea or concept and creating something tangible and of value from it. Spending as much time as possible with my family, I learn something new everyday "hanging" with my boys. A good bottle of wine and a fine cigar.
