I founded Pinnacle Group on the principles of integrity, professionalism, trust and confidentiality. I believe an executive search firm based on these principles can enhance the businesses of our clients and improve the careers of our candidates. For two decades, by doing what we do well, we have improved the lives of many professionals as well as the firms who hired them. That intangible reward is priceless.
What began as a place I vacationed to enjoy the challenge and beauty of desert golf and almost year-round perfect weather, turned into a city I could almost call home. As we developed numerous clients in the Midwest and on the West coast, I decided to open an office and build a home in the Sonoran desert. Modern information technology links our offices in real time, allowing us to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates across the country. Since then, with our expanded presence in Chicago and San Francisco, we are able to be on the ground with our clients and candidates regularly.
