Born and raised in Rochester, New York, I come from a large
family , the second youngest of seven. I am both a proud Aunt and Great
Aunt. I fell in love with Cave Creek when I was on vacation in 2002, and I
moved out here soon after. I love the mountains, the sunsets and, of
course, the lack of snow accumulation!
I love cooking - my favorite show is anything on the Food Network.
Morning walks are the best way to start the day. I love nothing better than to stay in with some good movies. I'm addicted to some of those HBO series now in reruns - Sopranos, Rome, Deadwood and Carnivale.
It's not fair to have a favorite when I like to read so much - but definitely Edgar Allen Poe's The Fall of the House of Usher and The Portrait of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde are ones I could read again and again.
Any Clint Eastwood movie! I also love the classic The
Maltese Falcon and Frances with Jessica Lange. Some more recent movies
of note are Proposition and Babel.
"Our mind is capable of passing beyond the dividing line
we have drawn for it. Beyond the pairs of opposites of which the world
consists, other new insights begin." Herman Hesse
